mediators judging power

A Mediator must adapt the behaviors and attitudes of many and varied personalities which he will encounter during conflict resolution. He must also adapt to all types of conditions, operational tempos, and operational environments during conflict resolution. He should try to imagine himself in the party's position to understand the issue personally. By being adaptable, he can smoothly shift his questioning and approach techniques in the minds of participants. We can say that mediation is the game of mind and intellectual.
